Things I Think About at 5:14am

I think my biggest fear is that I will go to shut the blinds (if it's getting dark) or open them (if it's getting light) and there will be someone standing there looking in at me. I freak myself out with this thought all the time, and I was just sitting here wondering where that fear originated.

I have my psychopharmacology final today. I'm studying right now. I haven't decided yet whether I should take a quick pre-class nap or just continue to sit here and go over my notes for the millionth time. Wish me luck!

P.S.
I have been taking Vitamin D now for a few weeks. On the bottle it says it "promotes healthy bones and immune system," but I have basically been nothing but sick since I started taking them! Is it possible to be allergic to Vitamin D?

My doctor encouraged me to start taking Vitamin D about 6 months ago and I noticed a distinct difference in my mood. She claims it's because we have so little sun here in Oregon that most of us are deficient. As for an allergy, I guess it's possible. Or maybe you have been "over-dosing" with all your recent sun exposure??

Good Luck on your finals!!

Oh and thanks for now introducing me to the fear that someone might be standing outside my house as I open my blinds.... ;)

She said we have so little sun in Oregon? That seems kind of ridiculous. I mean, I know it rains a lot, but the sun is BLASTING as I type this.

Plus, according to this New York Times article, you can get enough Vitamin D even on a cloudy day. I call bollocks to your doctor's advice. :)

I always feared on my mission during a thunder and lightening storm, which there were many, that when the lightening would light the whole room I would see a silhouette of a man on our balcony, even though I lived on the 3rd floor.
